1. Shipping Terms
We support common international trade terms for all sofa & furniture orders:
- FOB Mainland China Port (Shenzhen / Guangzhou Port)
- EXW Factory
- CIF / CFR Destination Port (upon customer request) All ocean freight, local destination customs clearance, inland delivery cost shall be borne by buyers under FOB & EXW terms.
2. Production Lead Time
- In-stock standard sofas: 7–10 working days after receiving your deposit
- OEM / ODM customized furniture (custom size, fabric, color, frame): 18–28 working days based on order quantity
- Large hotel / project bulk orders (≥1 container): Negotiable production schedule
We will send production photos/videos for confirmation before loading the container.
3. Packing Standard
All furniture uses export-grade 5-layer cartons + foam wrapping + corner protection for anti-collision:
- Fabric/leather sofa surface covered with dust-proof film
- Wooden legs separated and packed individually to avoid scratches
- Custom wooden fumigation case available for fragile items upon extra charge
4. Shipment & Transit Time
- Sea freight (main transport for furniture):
- Southeast Asia: 5–12 days
- Europe: 22–35 days
- Middle East: 15–28 days
- North America: 28–40 days
- Air freight / Express (small sample orders): 3–7 days We will provide full container loading photos, bill of lading (B/L) once shipment is arranged.
5. Delivery Risk Statement
- Under FOB / EXW terms: All damage, loss, delay risk after goods leave our factory/loading port belongs to the buyer. We suggest customers purchase cargo insurance separately.
- Damage caused by improper packaging during our factory loading: We provide free replacement accessories or partial compensation according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Customs clearance duties, tariffs, import taxes of destination country are fully the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Sample Delivery
Small sofa samples are available for customers to check fabric texture, color and workmanship:
- Sample cost + courier freight need to be fully prepaid by buyers
- Sample freight can be deducted from your first bulk order deposit after formal cooperation
